2014's Alien Prequel Revealed A Scarier Monster Than The Xenomorph

The Alien franchise has no shortage of terrifying alien creatures, but none can compete with the Xenomorph-sharks that were revealed in Prometheus’ forgotten sequel. Not even the original Xenomorphs themselves. First introduced 1979's Alien, Xenomorphs became one of the most iconically terrifying horror-movie monsters in history. As time went on, with more additions to Alien lore included in the overall mythos, it was revealed that the Xenomorph fans saw in the first movie only scratched the surface of what horrific creatures they could become.
