Yu-Gi-Oh!'s Yugi is Actually Much More Like Goku Than Most Fans Realize

When anime fans think of Yu-Gi-Oh! as well as other anime that are similar to Yu-Gi-Oh!, it is unlikely that Dragon Ball comes to mind, as Goku and Yugi immediately seem like they have absolutely nothing in common. Goku is a muscle-bound Saiyan surging with cosmic power who can’t wait until his next fight, while Yugi is a fairly small human teenager who lets his cards do the fighting for him. However, upon taking a closer look at their respective origins, it actually becomes clear that Goku and Yugi are much more alike than fans might realize.
