DC's Version of Doctor Who Needs to Return Now Before It's Too Late

DC needs to bring back Jasper Pepperdyne, its forgotten version of Doctor Who. The Doctor has been a fixture of popular culture for 60 years, and clever homages and parodies abound, but perhaps the most interesting is Jasper Pepperdyne, Defender of Time and Space, who made one solitary appearance in 1982’s Weird War Tales #108. An enigmatic figure, Pepperdyne would make a solid addition to the unfolding Dawn of DC era.
