Michael Myers closely stalks Laurie Strode in highly stylized Halloween art. Directed by the legendary John Carpenter, 1978’s original horror thriller not only set the template for all slasher films to come, it also provided an early showcase for future scream queen icon Curtis. Carpenter’s movie was only the beginning for Curtis’ Strode and her tormentor Myers however, as the two would meet many times in future years, staging a seeming final confrontation in 2022’s Halloween Ends.
