The nominations for the 2025 Oscars are finally here, and just like any other year, it comes with several huge surprises and notable snubs. While it’s always difficult to predict which actors, directors, and crew members will be nominated at the awards, there are several precursors in advance of the Oscars (Golden Globes, Critics Choice, etc) that can help experts predict. However, even these pieces of evidence prove fallible every year, as some huge names that were previously considered “locks” end up missing the cut.
