During the "Steel Resolve" quest in Avowed, your search for the missing Rangers takes you all over Emerald Stair, investigating abandoned homesteads and ogre caves until eventually you come to learn that something much more nefarious is at play. After discovering there is a traitor among the Rangers and digging up some loose ends, you'll find that Ranger Dorso has gone rogue and is betraying her own people in hopes that the Aedyrans will come in and fix Emerald Stair's problems. You have a few different options at this point, and how you handle the situation might mean missing out on one of Avowed's unique weapons.
