The episode sees Van go through a lot in both of Yellowjackets' timelines, with the young version experiencing a wild hallucination and the adult counterpart experiencing somewhat of a miracle. As it turns out, Van's cancer may no longer be terminal, which she reveals to Taissa toward the beginning of Yellowjackets season 3, episode 3. That said, the miracle may very well be linked to Lottie.
