Baldur's Gate 3 Almost Didn't Feature Your Favorite Companions

Baldur's Gate 3is renowned for its fantastic story, with an incredible cast of characters and hundreds of ways to approach different tasks throughout quests. A lot of content had to be cut during its time in development, such as the Upper City and Avernus as an explorable area, but it's hard to imagine that the game could have looked drastically different. It's odd even seeing the content from the game's early-access stage that was later changed.
