Actress and singer Patricia Kotero has filed a lawsuit against Prince's estate over the trademark of her stage name Apollonia, saying major attempts have been made to own the name outright. Kotero shot to instant fame after co-starring with the late singer in the 1984 movie Purple Rain, playing his love interest.
