On March 13, 2006, The New Adventures of Old Christine premiered, breaking the Seinfeld curse, and two decades later, it's still making fans laugh. After Seinfeld aired its final episode on May 14, 1998 after a nine-season run, its phenomenal cast--Jerry Seinfeld (Jerry), Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Elaine), Jason Alexander (George), and Michael Richards (Kraner)--moved on to several projects that shockingly failed. Louis-Dreyfus starred in the two-season sitcom Watching Ellie (2002-2003), while Richards starred in The Michael Richards Show, which lasted seven episodes in 2000. Alexander starred in two one-season sitcoms, Bob Patterson (2001) and Listen Up (2004-2005).
