More than a decade after it went off the air, The Office remains one of the most-streamed shows in the world. It’s one of the most rewatchable sitcoms ever made, with some of the genre’s most iconic characters and performances (namely, Steve Carell as Michael Scott) and a surprising amount of consistency between seasons 2 and 7. The show stumbled a bit in its first season, as it veered too closely to the cynical tone of its British predecessor, but it soon found its feet and became great in its own right — and it remained great until Carell left the cast and this relatable workplace comedy devolved into a live-action cartoon.
