A Shonen Legend Is Officially Returning For A New High Fantasy Battle Series

The status quo over at Weekly Shonen Jump remains a questionable one with its continuous rollout of cancellations and new series, but there are far more gems to be found in Shueisha's broader Jump lineup. After all, Black Clover just finished its run, and on Yuki Tabata's terms, no less, at the seasonal Jump GIGA magazine, while the seinen Weekly Young Jump continues to feature works from some of manga's most acclaimed creators. But one curious post by Atsuto Okuyama from the monthly shonen magazine Jump SQ (formerly Monthly Shonen Jump) teases a major shonen author's new series on the publisher's digital platform, Shonen Jump+, arriving in October 2026.
